Annual All Star Soccer Classic
The International Association of Lions Clubs from Lehigh and Northampton are proud to announce the preparations for the 28th Annual All Star Soccer Classic. This year’s event will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2009 at the Nazareth Area High School’s Andrew Leh Stadium. Parking is available behind the high school.
The game for the Senior High School Girls will begin at 3:30 P.M. and the game for Senior High School Boys will begin at 6 P.M. This year’s games will feature the Mountain Valley Conference and Colonial League opposing members of the Lehigh Valley Conference.
Admission will be charged. General admission $5.00, Students and Senior Citizens $3.00
Children 13 and under accompanied by an adult will be admitted free and may register to win a week at a soccer camp. Children 13 and under will have the opportunity to win a week at a local soccer camp.
Raffles for a game ball and other prizes will be held at each game. The concession stand will be opened.
Players for the boy’s team were selected from the High School Seniors on the All League Teams from the 2008 soccer season. The members of the girl’s team will be selected by the coaches and will be published at a later date.
