If mailing registration, pleasebe sure to include a copy of the child's birth certificate(new playersonly); make checks payable to NLYAA and include on check phone #, DOB,& SS or Driver's license #.

FEES:
Annual NLYAA membership = $25(this is a one time fee per family. The membership is good from the start of the fall season sports programs until the end of the school year.)
